REQUIRE:
python-2.7 (from ANACONDA2) with sqlite3

PROGRAMS RUNNING:
python searcher-x.x.py genomes.fa OUTDIR #genomes.fa is file containing genomes in fasta format; OUTDIR is output directory for sqlite databases
python merger-x.x.py databases genomes.fa #databases is the local path to sqlite databases generated by searcher-x.x.py; genomes.fa is file containing genomes in fasta format
